Shipping policy

1. Overview

This Shipping Policy describes the conditions, timelines and costs that apply to orders placed at DiscoPray. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Made to order

Every DiscoPray is made to order. Each set of 9 discs is printed and assembled only after your order is placed, which is why delivery takes longer than a mass-produced item pulled off a shelf.

Ordering as a gift? We email you a printable gift card immediately after your purchase, so you have something to give right away while your DiscoPray is being made.

3. Destinations and estimated timelines

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.

All timelines are estimates in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), counted from the date your order is confirmed. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and you may choose to wait or cancel your order for a full refund.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. No minimum purchase is required.

5. Shipping Protection (optional)

At checkout you may add Shipping Protection for $4.95. If your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we will reship it free of charge. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

6. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to begin updating after dispatch.

7. Delays

Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier backlogs, severe weather or peak seasons. These circumstances are outside our control.

8. Customs and import duties

Any import duties or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient.

9. Incorrect addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

10. Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 10 business days after the end of the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will resolve it with a reshipment or a refund.
