These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between DiscoPray ("the store" or "the seller") and any user who makes a purchase or accesses the website ("the customer" or "the user"). They constitute the binding agreement between both parties for any transaction made through the store.

3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

Access to and use of this store is permitted to individuals 18 years of age or older, or minors with express authorization from a parent or legal guardian. By browsing and purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during checkout.
  • Not use the store for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
  • Not attempt to access restricted areas of the system or interfere with the platform's operation.

4. Purchase Process and Contract Formation

To place an order, customers must follow the steps on the platform: select a product, add to cart, enter shipping and payment details, and confirm the order.

The purchase contract is considered completed when the customer receives an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute unconditional acceptance; DiscoPray reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or technical inability to fulfill delivery.

If an order is canceled for reasons attributable to the store, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Prices All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. DiscoPray reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the price applicable to each order is the one shown at the time of confirmation.

5.2 Payment Methods The store accepts all payment methods enabled on the platform at any given time. Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation. DiscoPray uses secure payment processing and does not store card data.

If a payment is declined or not completed, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer must place a new order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Estimated Timelines Processing and delivery times are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates:

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days from payment confirmation. Custom Edition orders require 1 additional business day for disc label production.
  • Estimated US delivery: 8–15 business days from shipment date.

6.2 Delivery Address The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. DiscoPray is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping.

6.3 Customs and Duties DiscoPray has no control over customs procedures. Delays resulting from customs inspection or hold are not attributable to the store. Any applicable import taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Commercial Guarantee

DiscoPray offers a 30-day commercial guarantee from the date of delivery (or from the estimated delivery deadline if not received), covering: undelivered orders, damaged or defective products, and incorrect items. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on this store — including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, trademarks, and source code — is the property of DiscoPray or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any such content without express written authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

DiscoPray is not liable for damages arising from:

  • Technical interruptions or website failures outside its control.
  • Misuse of the platform by the user.
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the store's control.
  • Errors in shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of customer data.

In all cases, DiscoPray's maximum liability to the customer is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.

10. Privacy and Data

Personal data collected during checkout is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website. By accepting these Terms, you confirm you have read and accepted that policy. DiscoPray is committed to the lawful and confidential handling of customer data.
